The hotel's breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and friendly waitstaff. the view from the hotel was fantastic, offering a great vantage point to look over the surrounding villages. the rooms were comfortable, warm, clean with some lovely views, and the swimming indoor pool was nice to enjoy.

The sauna lacked staff supervision, creating an uncomfortable situation for some guests.

I recently stayed at Zloty Gron Resort & Spa for a weekend getaway. The view from our room was fantastic and the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel surroundings were beautiful, and we enjoyed the panorama of Beskydy from the restaurant and pool. The hotel restaurant offered exceptional food, and the staff was always kind and attentive. I also appreciated the various options for children to play, such as the playground, Xbox, and playroom.

Nothing to fault.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a pleasant experience. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. The view from the room was fantastic, overlooking the beautiful mountains and countryside. the jacuzzi was a great extra that we indulged in and thoroughly enjoyed.

We did have a couple of negative experiences during our stay. there were some events organized which made the hotel quite busy, and this made it hard to use the spa facilities and enjoy meals without the crowds.

We got great value for our money at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and had amazing views. The location was perfect for our mountain escape. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the gentleman in the breakfast room who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and shared helpful information about the area.

I had an incredible time staying at this luxurious hotel in the beautiful Istebna area. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with excellent room service and housekeeping. The airport shuttle made my travel so convenient, and the ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire were a great addition for all the winter activities. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spa and wellness centre were exceptional, with a lovely indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and various beauty treatments available. The sun terrace and heated swimming pool provided a perfect space to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The leisure and TV room were great for unwinding after a day of exploring.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. They will definitely enjoy the amazing service and facilities provided here.
